Recruitment & Screening Manager: 1
–Recruitment and Screen ng manager is responsible for the entire recruitment process by following criteria outlined by the client to fulfill their needs. They should be detail oriented and must have excellent knowledge of recruitment strategies.
–Must have experience related fields and related role as a recruiting officer in a manpower/recruitment agency.
–Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Should be fluent in English, Nepali and Hindi.
–Must excel at using newspape1 advertisements and social media a platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) for recruiting purposes. Should have good knowledge on recruitment and screen ng strategies to ensure applicable candidates are available for interviews.
Should be very proficient in creating uniform documents of candidates according to their experiences.
